After a short hiatus, our council newsletter The Tributary has returned! The goal of this reboot is to provide a timely, informative, and regular overview of what is going on in the Virginia Headwaters Council for our adult leaders, supporters, and parents of our Scouts.

Now an email newsletter, The Tributary will be published monthly on the last Tuesday of each month. We hope to increase publication frequency in the future and you can help make that happen. We want to profile the amazing activities and adventures that our units experience along with the notable accomplishments and recognitions our Scouts have earned. We’d love to feature your unit in a future issue of The Tributary. Submissions are always welcome and please include photos when possible.
