Hot Summer Greetings Mountain Valley!
As you read this, I am currently wrapping up the final days of staffing the 2026 National Jamboree. I hope all that attended had a memorable time. Thanks to those who stopped by the SCUBA pools to say hello!
The Mountain Valley District has been busy recently. Many units attended Cub, Webelos/AOL, and Summer camp and all reports were positive.
For the 4th of July parade, our Scouts won the “Happy Birthday America’s Choice” award for Most Outstanding Entry! Way to show up and show off Scouting!!
Cub Pack leaders, don’t forget Join Scout Week is coming up August 24-30th. Please remember to submit your Pack’s dates and events to Council for advertising.
Don’t forget to wear your scarf on August 1st for World Scout Scarf Day.
