Merit Badge University: A Resounding Success!
Our recent Merit Badge University was a fantastic achievement, with almost 200 Scouts from five councils participating. Scouts came from as far as New York, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania to join us for this exciting event. The day was filled with learning, exploration, and skill-building, and we couldn’t be prouder of the dedication shown by all attendees and volunteers. Thank you to all the volunteers and counselors who made this event possible. Your commitment to Scouting is what makes events like this so impactful!
Christmas Tree Sales and Parades in Full Swing!
Troops 84 and 314 are hard at work spreading holiday cheer through the Council’s annual Christmas tree sales, this year you can find trees at the Stuarts Draft VFW as well as in our Monticello District. If you’re in the area and need a tree, stop by and support their efforts, funds raised support Camp Shenandoah. We know that many of our district units are marching in Christmas parades, thank you for making sure you are visible to the community!
